The use of average prices in preference calculation is not permitted according to the UCC and the requirements of the German customs administration. In our projects, we have also had this guideline confirmed by customs administrations in other EU countries and Switzerland.

For GTS systems with current release statuses, there is a basic technical requirement to correctly take into account maximum prices for materials without preferential origin (VoU) and minimum prices for materials with preferential origin (VmU) in preference calculation – see SAP OSS Note 2716517.
