With Enhanced Business Partner Screening, acelsis brings the process of mapping Know Your Customer requirements into the SAP GTS system.

Even before a new business partner is registered, a questionnaire about the business partner is completed. The questionnaire can be customised by you and is answered by the user via an internet browser. In critical cases, the answers are checked and evaluated by your export control team.

Enhanced Business Partner Screening also has other interesting additional functions. If a business partner is used in operational business, the answers from the questionnaire can be used in a check matrix in GTS Compliance Management Legal Control.

The business partner assessment can be set to resubmission at regular intervals based on risk classes.
